About the PLA
The Paradise Lake Association, Inc. (PLA) is a nonprofit Arizona corporation, comprised of its members and governed by its Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, and Rules.
The purpose of the PLA is to operate and maintain the properties owned by the PLA for the use and benefit of its members and the protection of Paradise Lake.
PLA property consists of the lake and the 25-foot strip of land surrounding the lake. Its members are those who own one or more lots on the lake, contiguous with PLA property.
Most owners become members automatically when they buy their lot or home from an existing member.
Members in good standing may use the PLA property within the parameters of the Bylaws and Rules. Nonmembers may not use the PLA property due to risk and responsibility.
